Rachael Paxton

Rachael graduated from the University of Queensland in 2005. She worked for Queensland Health for three years before moving to private practice. Rachael is a professional triathlete and fits her busy training and international race schedule around work. She has worked with many other professional athletes (particularly triathletes, cyclists and runners).

Rachael has special interest in:

  • acupuncture
  • sports injuries
  • pelvic and lower limb injuries
  • core stability and pelvic floor retraining (using real time ultrasound)
  • BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).

She takes a hands on approach to treatment and utilises exercise prescription where required.
