Sabrina Turck

Senior Physiotherapist

Sabrina Turck is an experienced physiotherapist in Caloundra with advanced expertise in knee injuries, ACL rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and musculoskeletal care. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 and Master’s in Rehabilitation Science in 2019 in Brazil, where her research focused on ACL injury recovery and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies.

After relocating to Australia, Sabrina further expanded her expertise by completing Certificates III and IV in Fitness, strengthening her ability to deliver exercise-based rehabilitation, strength and conditioning principles, and performance-focused injury management.

Sabrina works with a broad range of patients across the Sunshine Coast, from recreational exercisers and active adults through to competitive athletes. She is also the physiotherapist for the Sunshine Coast Falcons Women’s Rugby League Team, providing injury assessment, rehabilitation, return-to-play management, and performance support for elite rugby league athletes.

Her clinical interests include helping patients recover from surgery, manage chronic conditions, restore strength and mobility, and safely return to sport, work, and everyday activities.

Sabrina places a strong emphasis on detailed assessment, progressive loading, movement retraining, and personalised rehabilitation programs. Her treatment approach is tailored to each individual’s goals, whether they are returning to elite sport, recreational exercise, work, or daily life.

Known for her patient-centred approach, Sabrina prioritises education and shared decision-making, empowering patients to understand their condition and confidently progress through every stage of rehabilitation—from early recovery to full return to activity and performance.
