Sally Hess has been a qualified physiotherapist for over 35 years who consults specifically on shoulder conditions. She is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist who was also awarded a PhD in 2007 for her research into shoulder pain. She has worked clinically in both the public and private sectors as well as lecturing and researching extensively on the shoulder. Over the years she has worked with a number of sporting teams at an international, national, state and local level in a variety of sports from rugby, trampolining, basketball, athletics and baseball.
Sally has a strong belief in implementing an evidence based approach to physiotherapy including exercise, education and hands on techniques.
